1. Digital Product Delivery
Ztor Software provides a digital software license key that is delivered instantly via email and displayed on the checkout page immediately upon payment validation. Because our product is software and is accessible instantly, we operate under clear refund and cancellation rules to protect our proprietary logistics technology.
2. Refund Conditions
We stand behind the quality of Ztor Software. You are eligible to request a 100% refund of your one-time purchase within **7 days** of transaction completion under the following conditions:
- Your product license key fails to activate or displays severe server-side generation errors, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Double transaction charges are processed due to payment gateway delays (in this case, the second transaction is refunded instantly).
- The software fails to run or connect to the database environment on your device despite meeting all listed technical requirements.
💳 3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment source (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet).
Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the credited amount to appear in your bank statement.
4. Cancellation Policy
Since Ztor Software is licensed as a one-time, lifetime payment product, there are **no recurring subscriptions** or annual fees. Therefore:
- There is no subscription cancel button required.
- Upon approval of a refund, the purchased product key will be immediately **deactivated and blacklisted**, restricting your organization from accessing the logistics dashboard and driver panels.
5. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will **not** be approved if the refund request is initiated after 7 days from the purchase date, if the user has violated our Terms of Service (such as reselling the product key), or if the platform functions normally but the user simply changes their mind after utilizing the premium logistics utilities.
