1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Ztor Software (accessible at https://zevis.store). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Ztor Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our enterprise logistics platform and software license.
2. Software Licensing
Upon payment of the lifetime license fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to access and use the Ztor Software platform for your internal business logistics operations. You agree not to distribute, resell, lease, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the software package.
3. User Account and Security
To access the dashboard and client services, you are required to register an account using the paid lifetime product key. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and passwords) and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments & Billing
We accept payments through standard credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and verified wallets using Razorpay. By placing an order for Ztor Software via our website, you warrant that you are legally authorized to use the chosen payment method. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Ztor Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities. This includes, but is not limited to: uploading malicious payloads or code, attempting to breach database security, sharing license keys outside your organization, or violating any local, national, or international regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Ztor Software or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our digital platform. The software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of **India**. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi/Noida, India.
